Position: Customer Care Executive – Service & Complaint Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, register, and manage complaints from existing customers.
• Visit customer sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and carry out repair work on electrical panels and power quality products.
• Attend customer complaints and provide on-site technical support.
• Carry out or assist with commissioning of newly installed panels.
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to ensure timely complaint resolution.
• Maintain customer complaint records, service reports, and follow-up details.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to confirm satisfactory resolution.

Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Preferred Skills: Electrical/electronic troubleshooting, fault finding, repair work, customer communication, and basic computer knowledge.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Willingness and readiness to travel to customer sites is compulsory.
• Candidates must be prepared to perform on-site troubleshooting, repair work, and commissioning of newly installed panels.
