Delivery schedule shall be provided at the time of order confirmation based on product and project requirements.

Normally dispatched through transport services.

Additional Charges

Packing & Forwarding (P&F): Extra and in the buyer’s scope.
Freight Charges: Extra and in the buyer’s scope.
Insurance Charges: Extra and in the buyer’s scope.

Warranty Policy

Online Micro Controls Private Limited provides free replacement against manufacturing defects under the following conditions:

Warranty Period:
- 18 months from the date of dispatch, or
- 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever occurs earlier.
Warranty is limited to replacement of defective products at our works only.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty shall be considered void under the following circumstances:

Damage caused by natural calamities such as:
- Flood
- Lightning
- Earthquake
- Cyclone
- Similar natural disasters
Product exposure to or immersion in water.
Improper operation or handling by unauthorized personnel.
Intentional operation beyond specified limits of:
- Voltage
- Current
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Other specified operating parameters
Fuses are not covered under warranty.

Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the performance and cost of the supplied product. No consequential or indirect damages shall be entertained.

Commissioning Charges

Commissioning services are available at additional cost and will be charged on an actual basis.

Service Charges

During Warranty Period

Offer Validity

All quotations and offers remain valid for 15 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
